Front of House Team Member – Bistro at Pomegranate Market

The Bistro at Pomegranate Market is looking for a friendly, reliable Front of House Team Member who shares a love for great food, clean eating, and exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while helping create a welcoming experience for our guests.

This position works closely with both the front-of-house and kitchen teams to serve fresh, high-quality food while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service at the register

• Assemble World Bowls and other made-to-order items according to guest requests

• Assist guests with selections from the hot bar and salad bar

• Prepare made-to-order sandwiches and burgers

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house work areas

• Take and record food temperatures to ensure food safety standards are met

• Restock and maintain presentation of food stations

• Assist with packaging and prep tasks during slower periods

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety

• Team-oriented and willing to help where needed

• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required

• ServSafe certification is a plus
